What is a Tetrad Color Scheme?
A tetrad color scheme uses four colors arranged into two complementary pairs. This creates a vibrant, rich color palette with strong visual contrast while maintaining harmony. The colors are evenly spaced around the color wheel, with the angle determining how far apart the complementary pairs are.
How does the angle affect the scheme?
The angle determines the distance between colors on the color wheel. A 90° angle creates a square tetrad (colors equally spaced). Smaller angles (30-60°) create more analogous schemes with subtle contrast, while larger angles (120-150°) create more vibrant, high-contrast schemes.
How many palettes can I save?
You can save up to 10 color palettes. The oldest palette will be automatically removed when you save a new one if you've reached the limit.
